KPC completed a 28,000 SF renovation of this historic building in the town square of Covington. The project involved removing significant portions of the wooded floor system and replacing these with new concrete foundations. UGA College of Agriculture Science

KPC served as the general contractor in the building of UGA Double Bridges Swine Farm-Swine Research Facility in Watkinsville, GA. Scope of work included utility infrastructure, sitework, building construction, rainwater harvesting, and animal waste facilities. Kevin Price Construction completed construction as the CM at risk of a new 18,00 SF warehouse facility for Mingledorff’s in Athens, GA. Work on this project included construction of a Warehouse Building with an asphalt parking lot, concrete truck court, offices, a showroom, and a loading dock area. ACC Solid Waste

Morgan County High School Gymnasium

The Morgan County High School Gymnasium was a 39,318 square foot new building in the center of an existing, operating campus. The building is a 2 story state-of-the-art gymnasium facility with elevated walkways to tie in to existing grandstands. Greene County High School Grandstands

Kevin Price Construction completed a major renovation project of Greene County High School’s Football Complex including construction of a new bleachers, a field, and freestanding field house. This project demonstrated KPC’s ability to provide value engineering opportunities and to adhere to tight construction schedules through phasing.

Newton County Board of Education

KPC served as CM in the new construction of a 36,000 SF, 2 Story conventional steel  building complete with metal roof trusses, office space, and meeting rooms for the Newton County Board of Education.  This project was built in the center of an educational complex.
