In June of 2016, Kevin Price Construction moved into a new building that they designed and built at 2500 Daniels Bridge Road in Athens, GA. KPC inhabits the offices on the second floor of the building and the first floor features commercial office space.

The new building is 18,010 sq ft and 40 feet high. All offices feature windows with views. The building is equipped with an advanced security system that requires keycard verification for entry.

The transition to the new building marked a significant milestone for Kevin Price Construction (KPC), symbolizing the company’s growth and forward-thinking vision. The new location wasn’t just about more space but also about creating a collaborative environment that would serve as a hub for innovation and excellence.

As you step into the building, you’re immediately met with a spacious and modern lobby. The decor reflects KPC’s commitment to style, precision, and functionality — principles they bring to every project. The first floor, dedicated to commercial office space, is designed to cater to a variety of businesses. With flexible floor plans, high-speed internet connectivity, and state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, it’s an ideal spot for both established companies and startups.

The second floor, home to KPC’s headquarters, is a testament to their reputation in the construction industry. Each office is designed with ergonomics in mind, ensuring a comfortable working environment for all employees. The windows, a highlight of the design, not only allow natural light to flood into the spaces but also provide inspiring views of Athens, serving as a constant reminder of the community they serve. One of the standout features of the building is its commitment to sustainability. Efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems ensure optimal energy utilization. Moreover, the use of environmentally-friendly materials in the construction process underscores KPC’s dedication to eco-friendly practices.

Safety and security were paramount in the design process. The advanced security system is both a protective measure and a reflection of the company’s attention to detail. The keycard verification system ensures that only authorized personnel can access specific parts of the building, creating a secure environment for both KPC employees and the businesses on the first floor.

In addition to the functional spaces, the building also boasts communal areas for employees and tenants to relax and interact. A well-equipped break room, a rooftop garden, and indoor lounges have been meticulously designed to foster a sense of community and encourage networking.

Since the move in 2016, the building at 2500 Daniels Bridge Road has not only facilitated KPC’s operations but has also become a landmark in Athens, GA. It stands as a testament to Kevin Price Construction’s dedication to excellence, innovation, and community engagement.
